I too do not have a problem with moisture using a cat  (Wave 8) heater. This
will be the 6th winter I have used this heater in NY State with temps down
to -15 degrees. At around 7 degrees I fire up an electric oil filled
radiator and I am set to go.  I also open a window and a ceiling vent at the
other end.
