[VAL] RE: VAL Questions?



Here in California I never drain the Airstream because we use it on
wintertime trips too.  It gets down into the upper 20's now and then
here, many times 32 or so at night.  As long as there is some sort of
thermal heat during the day, the trailer mass will absorb it and cushion
the nighttime temperature drops.

If it looks like it is going to get into the mid and low 20's, or not
rise above freezing during the day, I would drain it unless you happen
to be in it and keep the heat going.
