You forgot the file and file card, to clean the file.  You also need to 
radius each corner or the entire circumference if it's a round scab patch.

And ... you need to know the thickness of the metal you are repairing 
because the scab patch needs to be as thick or thicker than the original. 
When you are all done you need to have someone inspect your work and sign 
off on it. ;)))))
