Tom, All, 

 I am kind of new here, but just came off 2 years Active Duty as the
Information Management Officer for a Marine Corps Division.  The huge
problem out there, in DoD, and here in Civilian life, is Information
Management.  Just trying to help....asking the Why???, and trying to give
some new life into the WBCCI (I'll host a Rally next yeat and want 50-60
units - this year it was a good 12 as a first time rally in competition with
Region 2???? And Homecoming ( I was yelled at for that one), and I get
motar'd for better words of daring to suggest change...I see how it is.  

Well, I'm just about having fun, boon docking when we can, and I've got my
trailer on the road 3 weeks out of the month.  See you down the road!  I
just love Airstreams.
