One thing I read somewhere when I first started towing is that 
I'm going to be the slowest guy on the road so get over it.

So thats what I do.  If I'm blocking a lot of people, I use turn 
outs, passing lanes, and I give ample room for even the slowest 
car to get around me.   No big deal.  I got over it already ;-)
