[VAL] Outdoor Light Bulb

I continue to find things in my heirloom 1966 Overlander.  I bought a new 
lens for the outdoor light.  Water trickles over it when it rains of the 
A/C is running and the gasket in the old one is poor.  Plus the lens itself 
had melted at some point.  Never could figure out why until I happened to 
pull out the bulb.  One of my dear parents had put one of the single 
terminal bulbs from the side and overhead lights into the outdoor light 
socket, which has double terminals.

Does anyone know the proper bulb for the outdoor light?  I've got a 
taillight bulb in there now.  Both elements are lit, which I assume might 
be the point of the two terminals.  Just wanting to make sure.
