Dave,
You can place a jack on the frame in the area behind the rear axle. 
Frame rails run from the inside of the axle mounting plate fore and 
aft, parallel to the side of the trailer. a good spot would be just far 
enough back to clear the rear tire with the jack handle. The frame will 
be covered by the belly pan, so please make sure you get the jack in 
the right position. If it slips, or if you put it in the wrong place, 
then you will poke a hole in the belly pan instead of lifting your 
trailer. One way to find the frame rail is to rap the belly with your 
fist (use the bottom of your fist, the soft part) , the belly pan metal 
will form a slight crease on both edges of the frame. Then mark this 
spot for future reference.
