[VAL] Re: A/S work

Hi Tom,

The AC installed in the 67 was a replacement and there was no drain tube
so the water rolled down the side of the trailer coming in a side window!
The plant installed the AC in my 54 FC that had no previous AC and they
did install a drain tube, running it from the inside, hidden behind some
trim, to the bottom where it drained out. A first class job!

Yes, I've had three trailers. I sold the 67 because I just had to have a
new one when I saw them at the plant while picking up the 67 from having
frame separation issues. As soon as I got the 03 home I realized that a
new trailer was boring, nothing to tinker with, everything worked perfectly!
I then set myself on finding what I think is the perfect oldie, my 54 FC!
Had both the 03 and the 54 for two years and never took the 03 out! (except
once when I felt guilty for not using it) I sold the 03 and used the $ to
fix up Pearl. No regrets!!
