Isn't the blackwater tank in 64 above the floor under the "bench"?  If so, I
would think that you could get at it from the service door in the rear of
the trailer and measure it, calculate the cubic feet, and multiply by 7.48
to get the gallons.  If not.....never mind!

Regarding the seal.  I use Tekonsha #5605s with my 12 x 2 Kelsy-Hayes hubs
on my '67.

The GT is a great size.  Good luck with it.
