Tom, Yup, even though Airstreamers tend to patronize Camping World for parts, I believe that most have learned the hard way to stay away from their service departments. I know that I did at their Brunswick Ohio store. I must say however that I have heard about one or two good ones...forget where they are located tho. Scott Scheuermann
