[VAL] looking for shower parts

I need to replace the shower head and hose on 'our '76 Safari.  The one 
that is there now is a chrome hose which attaches to the faucet and a 
showerhead that sits on a pin-type fitting attached to the shower wall.   
Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement for this?
