Andy,

Are you talking about taillight lenses? Are yours rectangular?
The dump valves, if original, are made by Thetford. Repair parts are  
available for the original valves.
You might find replacement assemblies at well sorted RV stores, but  
chances are they will not have the handles on them, but rather a  
threaded short rod on which the handle mounts.
