In one word..... NONE.    The hand held CB will only work for about a 
block a the batteries will drain down so you will not find you can use 
it.   You will waist your money.   Just get a cheep CB radio and a GOOD 
antenna.   Most all CB radio's are the same inside.  Some just have 
more buttons and knobs.   More power is NOT the answer.  Better 
antenna's make a better radio system.  Power works in only one 
direction but a better antenna works to receive as well as send.
