Oh, should have read the rest of the story before my first reply.
The rack is threaded.
Short of making/buying a bracket to attach it you will end up drilling a few
more holes to mount the rack. Depending on the location of the existing
threaded holes on the rack you could maybe drill straight thru and use longer
screws and attach it.
I'll send 4 or 6 riv-nuts then you may have a better idea of how they are
installed and will work.
