Hello,
I installed a new fridge in my 68 Sovereign and did an OK job. The hard
part was getting the old one out which is already completed in yours!
The key is getting the new one to fit into the old hole, I had to
fabricate the outside wall as the new one was 2 inched deeper than the
old one. After figuring out how to secure it so it stayed where I put
it, hooked up the 12 volt and gas, plugged in the 110 and all was well.
I do have a problem with the wall moving on occasion but I think I got
that fixed as well. Also go Dometic, I have a Norcold and wish I had not
did that.
