My comment on the value of the TerraServer data was from a business
perspective.  I did a lot of work a few years ago with high-end ESRI tools
in urban areas and data older than a few years was worthless. For companies
in the business of selling aerial/satellite photos, it has to be recent to
be sellable.  From a citizen's perspective, value is a very different story
as rural areas change a lot slower (if at all) over time.
