Thank you for this report.  I can't wait until the whole house unit 
arrives -- I really can't.  This morning the 'old' A. O. Smith tank leaked 
MORE water onto the laundry room floor. ;(  I finally drained the tank 
completely so there won't be anymore of that happening again.  Now, I have 
no hot water in the house but at least it's not freezing outside.

The upside to this latest episode is that we may have to "live" temporarily 
in our 34' Classic FK Airstream.  'She' is not very happy about camping at 
home! ;)  We'll survive.
