We changed out ours years ago.. Both of them. Best thing we did for
our Airstream.
At first I just got one fully automatic and one manual. Then I
upgraded after a few years the manual one to automatic too. When we
had some trouble with a gear stripping the factory sent us a new motor
and upgrade kit at no cost. And YES they answer there phone too.
