RE: [VAL] Split rims

I just returned from my local tire dealer.  He said they do work on these
rims which he called split ring rims.  They use a cage as they inflate the
tire.  He said they rarely have a problem inflating and didn't remember any
problems after installation.  I'm going to have him break them down then
I'll clean and paint them.  I'll get new tubes and tires put on after.  I
really like the idea of keeping it original
