Hi Glyn:

    I too have a Humphrey lamp like the one on Ebay, but mine has no 
numbers on it that I can find with a magnifying glass.  The only words 
besides the name "Humphrey" at the front center bottom is found lightly 
etched into the glass globe: "PYREX made in U.S.A. for Humphrey".

     The lamp is just not helping us.   They probably put the part 
and/or model number on the box the lamp originally came in.
