[VAL] '69 Caravel - broken window for no reason?

Dan - by chance??? with the floor out and the inside skin off - possibly 
the outer shell becomes more flexible - hence the bind - which had not been 
there when everything was buttoned up originally from the factory.

The inside skin is possibly part of the structural integrity of the overall 
semi-monocoque construction - kind of like a hollow core door being 
stronger with both sides intact.

Just a thought.
