Most rules that govern a club are set up for a reason. Mostly to strenghten 
the club's unity and it's membership.  The reason for the restrictions on 
flying a flag and "Angle" of which is it flown seems to me to be a bit 
overboard.  However, I haven't read the rules concerning it, and I am not a 
member.

To me, it seems a trivial.. even this conversation about it is trivial... 
But, to each their own...

I just felt compelled to send my 2 cents...:)
