I installed one by using a closet on one side and running a 2 by 4 floor to ceiling for support inside. I then attached the swing arm for the TV to the outside wall. This arrangement allowed us to use the TV for viewing front or back since it sat in the middle. To my knowledge it is still swinging with the new owners. Chaplain Kent
