[VAL] re: LP valve question

Thanks for the info Dr.J, Jim, and Pete. The vote seems unanimous: look  
to replace the regulator. I'm looking at the "propane auto changeover  
two-stage regulator on Camping World's site:

The title appears to indicate it's auto changeover, but the description  
says "Change from the empty LP cylinder to the full one at the flip of  
a lever", seemingly indicating it's a manual operation. Any help here?
