This thread with all the 'secret stuff' about checking ATF (color, smell,
stain on white, etc.) is MOST appreciated on this end.  Some of that I'd never
heard of, but it makes good sense.

For those who don't have room for, or don't want to add another gauge
(although we males do love our gauges...), an old trick is to mount the
sending unit, but mount ALL sending units to a rotary switch, enabling the
driver to monitor several components with one gauge and the twist of a switch.
Just be sure all of your sending units are compatible with the gauge, to be
safe.
