[VAL] Whitewall add-ons...
I think those were known as 'Mickey Mouse' whitewalls out here in middle
California. I put 'em on my first car in 1965...a $40 1939 De Soto sedan. I
torch lowered the front end (heated the springs 'til it sagged), buffed up the
'baby moons', put homemade Maltese crosses in the rear quarter windows, and
bongos on the back shelf and I was all set for teenagerdom.
