OK - This might be kind of gross, if your toilet had been used alot before you lost the brush head. But what I would do is remove the toilet, then use a "Shop Vac" to suck up the water from the tank. You probably would want to tilt your trailer so that the brush head would tend to go to where the tank inlet hole is. Dave
