         Yes, it's 65 mph as you say, not 55  mph.  I believe this applies 
to *all* vehicles on highways with separation of opposing traffic lanes, 
unless posted otherwise, not just vehicles towing trailers.  On 
interstates, it's 70 mph.
         In Ohio, however, it's 55 mph if your vehicle or vehicle 
combination weighs 4 tons or more empty; that applies to me (Suburban 2.5 
T, trailer 3 T), and I obey it.
