The cost is just the regular subscription.  Depends on how many minutes you
choose with your plan.  Go to the Verizon Wireless site to check out plans.
Other providers should have the same information on their sites.

You will need a USB or serial cable from phone to laptop, and of course,
drivers.  Also, the software to connect to the Express Network system.
