Ken,

    Just curious... Are you putting the wood over the existing aluminum
interior skins or replacing the aluminum completely?  It seems there might
be advantages to both methods.  Losing the original skins would shed the
weight.   Keeping them in place would allow for more places to screw or
rivet wood panels.  The aluminum panels could also aid in water damage
prevention if there were leaks in the exterior skin.  I'm not sure if
there's a right or wrong way to approach this.  I'm just wondering what has
worked for you.  Are you doing the entire inside, including the ceiling and
endcaps?
