If the dip is not a necessary part of a waterway, just call a local 
trucker and have a load of gravel or crushed rock dumped there. Level 
with a heavy rake.  Gunning it to catch some air going through the dip 
with your Airstream is not viable long term.

A board is probably not a good idea because it could flip up if not hit 
just right, and cause significant damage to your rig.
