If its the orig. unit, it should be a "Bay Breeze" unit. Easy way to tell,
inside the trailer it will have a 16" or so round screen type (filter) thing
in the
center which it draws the air up through. It then pushes this air through
the cooling coils and out the vent in the front and back.

So the botton line is this, when its on it should suck air from the botton
and
push air out the side vents. If you system is drawing air in forn the vent
area on the sides, you got a problem.

I don't think the "Armstrong" units come out until the early 70's.
