Hmcsteph, Would you recommend cutting a smaller opening, or am I misunderstanding what you mean by "unsightly gaps"? I have the same project planned using the same AC unit. Did you install the Airstream drip pan from Inland RV under the Penguin, and were you able to locate pre-existing power line and drain tube? Forrest
