Have you done the numbers on this ? electric everything takes a lot of 
juice. You might be better off to get a generator. The Hondas are very 
quiet and mine started up like a dream after a winter on no use.

If you can use the generator to cook and bring the fridge down to temp 
and heat up the water, you should be ok with 2 batteries. I might double 
insulate the fridge. You probably need to think quick cooking too.

Can you use a white gas coleman stove outside ?

Solar will charge you up, but still not enough to go all electric,even 
in the desert.



Maybe you can rig a solar hot water heater, they make them in pretty big 
sizes for camping.

where are you planning to go and how rustic can you get ?
