I know it can be CUT with certain tools that are also used for sheet 
metal work, but do you mean it could be worked (shaped/curved) over a 
form, with a stump and hammer, in a brake, an English wheel, etc? Or do 
you have in mind some kind of heating process? In any of these cases, 
what happens to the optics?
