Jim,

My experience is parallel, mainly polyester resins (surfboard
manufacture) and some epoxy composite aircraft. Some folks
feel they aren't having a reaction to the epoxy, but actually to
latex gloves and/or the talc in them. Have you tried protective
barrier cream?

Just for grins, consider your experience:
No gloves = no reaction
Gloves = reaction

Think it's possible?
