An air conditioner that makes 70 deg at 100 outside might only make 80 at 
108 outside... You might need a much bigger unit if you intend to stay 
around Vegas in the summer...Or maybe two, although it seems like a lot for 
a 25' unit...I have seen bigger units that are intended to have groups of 
people with three air conditioners...

I am sure that you will get a number of hits on this one...lots of 
experience out there...
