[VACList] Weatherproofing question

Apologies if this is a resend but I'm not sure it went through the first
time. 

You guys are gonna get really tired of my questions soon!! I've got a
million of 'em.

What do I need to do about weather proofing the outside of the trailer. As
far as I know it's not leaking except in 2 obvious places.

Do I need to seal *all* the seams on the trailer with this stuff on a
regular basis?

I've read some stuff about Vulkem. Is there an article about exterior
maintenance out there that I can read.
