To give you an idea how Airstream made a shower in 1960...
The tub is fiberglass. The shower wall is the same wood as the rest of the
trailer's interior, sprayed with contact cement and covered with a
vinyl/plastic sheet that matched the shower curtain. When the original vinyl
became too shrunk to protect the wood we simply stripped it and replaced it
with "rain slicker" vinyl obtained from a fabric shop.
