[VACList] PROBLEM WITH LOCK, UNABLE TO GET OUT!

I have the same problem.  On mine, the cause is that you have to pull in on
the hand to get out because you have to compress the weatherstripping enough
to take pressure off the bolt.  Unfortunately, when you pull in, you are
probably disengaging the square drive shaft that is part of the inner handle
from the square drive hole that is on the latch actuator.  Then you can't
extract the bolt!  Tightening the handle screws may give you better
engagement of the drive parts.
