I have thought about doing the windmill thing though on a smaller scale -
something like the windmill farms out in California we saw one day in our
travels.  Does anyone know if the *Federales* still give tax breaks to
manufacturers of electricity besides the huge power conglomerates anymore?
I might be able to have a small contribution to sell back to the energy
company that powers up my place. ;)
