To get the liquid out of the bottom of the tank it is Easy.
Just take your tank off your trailer take it out of town on a
little traveled road.
Turn it upside down and using a screwdriver open the little
Bleeder Valve a little and let it drain out.
Stay up-wind.
Keep away from all FIRE !
It is easer to drain if you still have a little propane in the tank to
push it out.
When you get home your wife will still smell the Odorant or
Skunk Smell so dress in old clothes or she may not let you in
the house..
You need to do this about once a year to your tanks..
