[VACList] Possessing Stolen Property

I don't believe the unknowing purchase of an item that turns out to be 
stolen will meet the elements of a criminal offense in any state in the 
union. Concealing that property from the authorities once the fact it is 
stolen becomes known to the purchaser is an entirely different matter.

Have a local law enforcement authority examinr the trailer to determine if 
it is stolen, then do the right this.
