 The Inteli-Power with Charge Wizard is the way to go. True 3-stage charger
for fast charging that is safe for your battery(s), safe to leave it plugged
in all the time, and quiet. There's a tiny fan in the I-P that comes on
periodically if you're using power, but it's not noisy. And, at night when
you're using no electricity, it doesn't come on at all.
