[VACList] Amps

OK, you Electrical gurus--I have a technical question, I think!

While looking for replacement lighting for my Bambi, I found:
1. Incandescent 12 V fixtures with High-Intensity bulbs. 21 Candlepower,
Draw 1.44 Amps
2. Fluorescent 12 V fixtures No idea Candle power but 15 Watts.Drawing 1.5
Amps.

Do I undertand that the Incandescenbt is drawing less than the Fluorescent
and therefore better for battery use?

How does Watts and Candlepower compare?
