Don't know what to tell you on how to fix the crack, but I can tell you 
how to stop it. At the end of the crack drill a small hole in the plastic 
to releave the stress that is being placed on the plastic. *** NOTE OF 
CAUTION *** Be carefull that you only drill through the plastic and 
not any thing else, as this could cause more problems than just 
having to fix a crack. This should stop your crack from speading any 
further. Drill at a slow speed so you don't cause other stress fractures 
in the plastic.
