Old WBCCI numbers...

It's my understanding that as long as the numbers aren't currently
assigned to someone else, you can request them and may be able to use
them. The other idea I've heard of is folks who can't get the exact 
number is substituting similar shaped numbers (i.e. 8 for a 3 or 6) at 
least to make the discoloration less noticeable.
