I also found that the trim piece that came with my Fantastic Fans fit the
A/S very nicely.  I used vulkum where ever I could on my instalation.  I put
it between the fan and my roof and then caulked around the outside of the
fan...I even caulked over the screw heads.  I have been in some downpours
this year as well as rains that went on for days and days with no leaks.
