[VAC] Re: Condensation drain for Air Condioner?

Hi Tom,

The unit is an after market installation and it is a Duo Therm. I haven't
found the model/series on the unit yet. Got an idea that it was installed
by the owner. A qualified service person would have followed the
instruction for the necessary ceiling support and not punched lots of screws
through the AC power supply! :(

Haven't hooked up to a 30 amp service yet, so I don't know if the unit works
or not. Based on other elements of getting this on the road, it's unlikely
that it is serviceable.

Sure wish I knew how much paint was in the can that rusted out in the shower
pan. I'm sure it made it to the gate valve and there's a huge job waiting
for me. Like most of the jobs I've tackled with this unit so far, 15 minute
tasks turn into 15 hour jobs.

Think I'll christen this the ugly duck Argosy. Got lots of Redneck
rustoleum on the steel endcaps! :)
