be that as it may, my understanding is that single wire is used in that it has
less resistance thus higher DC voltage transfer than does stranded wire.
Vibration is a problem but that is why I ran it down thru the firewall and into
the interior of the burb and then down the side/edge floor/carpet moulding to
the rear and then out to its own connector.

rules are nice but lets be flexible ...
